Email [email protected]. One person reads it, so a specific message gets a faster answer than a thorough one.
Before you write
Open Settings - Report a problem in the app. It builds a report from what the app recorded, shows it to you in full, and sends it only when you press Send. Then email the reference code it gives you, with one line about what you were doing. That combination answers most questions in one round trip instead of four.
Questions
A channel will not play. Is that the app or my provider?
Usually the provider, and the app tells you which: every failure shows a code. E-PLAY-403 means the provider refused the stream (expired subscription or too many devices). E-PLAY-CODEC means the stream decoded on neither engine. E-NET-MOBILE-OFF means mobile data is turned off in Settings and you are not on Wi-Fi. Send the code with your report.
What exactly is in a problem report?
The app version, your Android version and device model, your playback settings, the last errors the app recorded, and anything you type. No name, no email, no account, no device identifier. Stream addresses are stripped before an error is ever written down, because for most providers the address is the password. Settings shows you the whole report before you press Send.
I sent a report. How do I get an answer?
Reports are anonymous, so there is nothing to reply to. The app shows a reference code after sending; email that code to [email protected] and it can be matched to your report.
I lost my backup recovery code.
Then the backup is gone, and that is by design rather than an oversight: the code is the encryption key, it is never sent to us, and a reset we could perform would be a decryption we could be compelled to perform. Your playlists are still on the device that made the backup.
Can I use one subscription on more than one device?
Yes. The licence follows your Google Play account, and Settings has a Restore action for a device that has not seen it yet.
Where do I get playlists?
Not from us. Adless ships no channels and no catalogue, and we do not recommend, index or supply providers. Bring the M3U or Xtream login from a service you already pay for.
Rights holders
Adless hosts, indexes and supplies no content, and has no ability to remove a stream from a provider's playlist. If you believe the app itself infringes, write to [email protected].
